Food labeling and commercial communication aimed at the end consumer is a regulatory area of great interest to Portuguese companies and for which there is not much supply on the national market at the moment.

With the intention of exhaustively covering all topics relevant to food labeling and, more generally, to commercial communication aimed at the end consumer, three distinct training sessions are planned, namely:

1. Food Labeling 1 (Basic Course) - Online

2. Food Labeling 2 (Advanced Course) - in-person

3. Voluntary allegations (Advanced course) - in person

The online session will last 3 hours.

The face-to-face sessions will last 6 hours, including a theoretical part and a practical part involving case studies.

Goals

Provide essential and up-to-date knowledge in the area of food labelling and communication to the end consumer to professionals from food companies and professional organisations in the food sector so that this topic is directly relevant, also taking into account the legislation currently being drawn up at European level that will affect this same area.

  • Contents

Session 1 - FOOD LABELING (BASIC COURSE)

Recipients

Professionals from food companies and professional organizations in specific sectors who work in the areas of quality, marketing, new product development and legal matters, among others.
