This qualification is aimed at beginners who wish to learn about a wide range of wines, or those looking to build on their existing knowledge (either from WSET Level 1 or previous experience). You will gain an understanding of the world’s major regionally important grape varieties, the regions in which they are grown and the styles of wine they produce. Through a combination of tasting and theory, you will explore the factors that impact the style and quality of wine, as well as the basic principles of wine marketing.
